1. Your agreement with us
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and WEN XIN YING HUA LIMITED ("NuolaParty," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the NuolaParty application, website, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use NuolaParty on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized account use. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone without permission, or transfer or sell your account.
3. License to use the Services
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or commercially exploit the Services except where law expressly permits.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, transmit, and use that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Services. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, safety, and technical retention.
You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have all rights needed to share it. Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
5. Acceptable conduct
You must follow our Community Guidelines. Among other things, you may not use the Services to:
- harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger another person;
- share sexual content involving minors, promote self-harm, or facilitate illegal activity;
- distribute malware, spam, scams, manipulated engagement, or unauthorized advertising;
- collect personal information without permission or violate another person's privacy;
- evade enforcement, misuse reporting systems, or disrupt the Services.
We may review reports and take proportionate action, including limiting features, removing content, suspending rooms, or restricting or terminating accounts.
6. Purchases and virtual items
Some features may be available through in-app purchases processed by Apple, Google, or another authorized platform. Platform payment and refund terms apply. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside the Services, and are licensed rather than sold. Except as required by law or platform rules, purchases are final and non-transferable.
We may modify or discontinue virtual items where reasonably necessary. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, logos, and other materials supplied by us, are owned by or licensed to WEN XIN YING HUA LIMITED and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
8. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion through the app or our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all user content is accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
To the extent permitted by law, WEN XIN YING HUA LIMITED and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
10. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or safety practices. We will provide notice where required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business reorganization or transfer.
