Community Guidelines

A place for healthy social connection

These Guidelines apply to everyone and to all parts of NuolaParty, including profiles, usernames, voice rooms, messages, and virtual interactions. Context matters, but safety comes first. Content that attempts to evade these rules is also prohibited.

1. Treat people with respect

No harassment or bullying

Do not target people with repeated unwanted contact, humiliation, degrading remarks, sexual harassment, threats, or encouragement of coordinated abuse.

No hateful conduct

Do not attack, dehumanize, or promote exclusion or violence based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease.

Respect privacy and consent

Do not share another person's private information, intimate content, or recordings without permission. Do not pressure anyone for sexual, financial, or personal information.

2. Protect safety and wellbeing

No sexual exploitation or abuse

Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sextortion, grooming, trafficking, and any sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

No violence or dangerous behavior

Do not make credible threats, glorify violent acts, support violent extremist organizations, or coordinate real-world harm. Educational or news discussion may be allowed when the context is clear and does not promote harm.

Self-harm and suicide

Do not encourage, instruct, or celebrate self-harm or suicide. Supportive conversations and recovery-oriented discussion are welcome. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Illegal or regulated activity

Do not buy, sell, or facilitate illegal drugs, weapons, trafficking, sexual services, or other illegal activity. Do not encourage dangerous challenges or misuse of regulated goods.

3. Keep the community authentic

No scams, spam, or manipulation

Do not deceive others for money or information, run investment or romance scams, send repetitive promotions, manipulate engagement, or use automated systems without authorization.

No impersonation

Do not pretend to be another person or organization in a misleading way. Fan and parody accounts must make their nature clear.

Respect intellectual property

Share only content you have the right to use. We respond to valid intellectual-property complaints.

No platform abuse

Do not interfere with app operation, evade enforcement, trade accounts, misuse reports, or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Room host responsibilities

Hosts help set the tone. They should explain room topics honestly, manage speaker access, respond to disruption, and avoid encouraging rule-breaking. Hosting tools do not replace NuolaParty enforcement.

5. How we enforce these Guidelines

We may use user reports, trained review, and technical signals to identify violations. Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, we may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, close a room, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. Severe or credible threats may be referred to law enforcement where legally required or appropriate.

Users may contact support to appeal an enforcement decision. Filing intentionally false or abusive reports may itself result in action.

6. Report a concern

Use the in-app report tool from a user's profile, content menu, or live room. For urgent account or safety issues, contact us by email and include your NuolaParty account details, the relevant account or room, approximate date and time, and a clear description. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
