Use the report option on a profile, room, message, or content menu when something may violate our rules. Add relevant context so our review team can better understand what happened.

Block

Blocking helps stop unwanted interaction from a particular account. The blocked account will not be notified that you blocked it.

Mute and leave

You can mute your microphone, stop listening, or leave a room at any time. You never owe anyone a conversation or explanation.

Room controls

Hosts and authorized room moderators can manage who is invited to speak and remove disruptive participants. NuolaParty may also close rooms that violate our rules.

Staying comfortable in voice rooms

• Listen first and check the room topic before speaking.
• Avoid sharing your address, financial information, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive information.
• Ask for consent before discussing another person's private information or recording a conversation.
• Leave, block, and report if a conversation becomes threatening, coercive, or sexually inappropriate.
• Be cautious when anyone asks for money, gifts, investments, or contact outside the app.

Healthy social habits

Take breaks, curate the people you follow, and choose rooms that support your wellbeing. Online connections can feel close quickly; move at your own pace and verify information independently before trusting financial, medical, or legal claims.

What happens after a report

Our team reviews available information and applies our Terms and Community Guidelines. We may ask for additional context. Actions can include warnings, content removal, feature limits, room closure, suspension, or account removal. For privacy and safety reasons, we may not be able to share the full outcome of another user's case.

Emergency disclosure requests from law enforcement must follow applicable law and appropriate legal process.
