Option 1: Delete in the app
If you can access your account, this is the quickest way to submit your request:
Open your profile
Sign in to NuolaParty and open your Profile.
Go to account settings
Select Settings, then choose Account & Security.
Choose Delete Account
Read the information shown, complete the confirmation steps, and submit your request.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@nuolaparty.com from the address linked to your NuolaParty account. Use the subject line “Account deletion request” and include your NuolaParty user ID or profile name.
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send your password, government identification, or payment-card information unless our support team explains why a specific verification method is legally required.
What will be deleted
After your request is verified and processed, we will permanently delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, including:
- your profile and account details;
- your social connections and account preferences;
- content tied to your account, subject to the exceptions below; and
- device and usage data that is no longer needed for a permitted purpose.
Your profile will no longer be available to other users after deletion takes effect. Some content you shared with others may remain in de-identified form or where another user has independently retained it.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to:
- meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
- complete pending transactions and resolve billing disputes;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or attempts to evade a safety ban;
- protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services; or
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten through our normal backup cycle. Retained information is restricted from ordinary use and deleted or de-identified when the applicable purpose expires.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If applicable law allows or requires more time, we will notify you. Requests may be canceled only before deletion is finalized by contacting support.
